He is Trustee and Founder of Stem World School. He is held in high regard by his peers, as evidenced by the number of social and professional committees he chairs.

Saumya Vardhan Patodia

A graduate from the University of Urbana Illinois Champaign, Saumya Vardhan joined the business in 2010. Director of Signum Group, he heads Planning and Strategy.

His education and experience merges a world view of Real Estate with a keen understanding of mindsets and trends around him. Saumya drives the company’s core business strategy, with a strong sense of innovation. His understanding of potential has helped the Signum Group expand to Hyderabad. The success of Signum Group and its base of happy customers owes much to his vision.
